Craig Foster named Chief Financial Officer at Pax8

Pax8 has announced the appointment of Craig Foster as its new Chief Financial Officer.

Craig Foster, who has previously held CFO roles at Ubiquiti, Bright Machines, Financial Engines, and PicsArt, becomes part of Pax8's leadership during a period of growth. His background includes significant investment banking experience at Credit Suisse, UBS, and RBC Capital Markets.

Scott Chasin, Chief Executive Officer at Pax8, commented on the appointment, "With Craig's extensive financial leadership in the tech industry and investment banking experience, he is the perfect fit for this role. Craig Foster will report to Chasin in his new capacity.

Foster brings 25 years of experience in finance, operations, and capital markets, having worked with various public and private technology companies. His academic background includes an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of Business and a BA in Economics from the University of California, San Diego.
