Gerdis confirmed that while ANZ Bank is a key customer in Australia, their operations in New Zealand are supported by other clients, such as Spark NZ and NTT.

CWRetail, one of LogicMonitor's customers, experienced remarkable improvements with Edwin AI.

"Edwin AI's predictive and proactive alerting capabilities reduced alert noise and detection times dramatically. It's an essential part of our IT team," said Jesse Cardinale, IT Infrastructure Manager at CWRetail.

LogicMonitor's regular updates further enhance its platform's usability. "Being SaaS-based allows us to release updates every three weeks, ensuring customers have access to the latest innovations without disruption," Gerdis said.

"Understanding local markets, spending time with customers, and leveraging partners are crucial to navigating this region effectively," Gerdis said.

Despite these complexities, Gerdis sees immense potential in key markets like Southeast Asia, India, and Australia. "India, in particular, is a focus area for us. We've recently added go-to-market resources and expect strong growth in the coming years," he shared.
