JB Hi-Fi teams with Amperity to enhance customer data strategy

JB Hi-Fi has announced its selection of Amperity, an AI-powered Lakehouse Customer Data Platform (CDP), to bolster its first-party data strategy. The partnership seeks to enhance the retailer's ability to analyse and utilise customer data, leading to more efficient automated orchestration, intelligent segmentation, and predictive modelling.

Amperity's Lakehouse architecture provides a solution through flexible features aimed at enhancing customer data operations, including identity resolution, AI-assisted tasks, pre-built data assets, and personalisation tools.
