Seismic's 2024 product release enhances AI capabilities
Seismic, the global forerunner in enablement, has introduced its Winter 2024 product release, enhancing its leadership in artificial intelligence and placing increased focus on seamless collaboration, enhanced personalisation and improved rep efficiency.
The updated offering empowers sales representatives to provide a superior experience for customers throughout the sales cycle. It helps them connect with buyers quickly, and efficiently, but also in a highly tailored manner, something that is becoming more necessary in a highly competitive market.
New intelligent features have been added to Seismic's AI-powered assistant, Aura Copilot. These features will revolutionise how sellers search for content, answers and insights. In addition, Seismic for Meetings has improved meeting preparation and follow-ups, and Digital Sales Room (DSR) Templates have smoothed out go-to-market processes.
According to Seismic, Aura Copilot's capabilities have expanded across four innovation areas in Seismic's AI roadmap: discover, create, automate, and advise. The AI-powered Page Authoring allows enablement teams to create effective playbooks for product launches, sales plays and even industries in minutes. Additionally, the solution customises tone, translates content into multiple languages, and corrects grammatical errors to provide highly personalised playbooks.
Aura Copilot's generative search capabilities help sellers find content, answers and insights in a more efficient manner. Sellers can interact in natural language and receive instant personalised answers. Seismic LiveSocial, a tool for engaging buyers on social media, also receives an AI-powered boost with the ability to create personalised comments and discussion topics.
One of the global customers of Seismic, the fintech firm Revolut, saw a dramatic increase (78%) in seller efficiency and a 28% boost in profit generated per seller after deploying Seismic. Chris Prudente, Global Head of Sales Enablement at Revolut, stated, "Seismic's impact has increased our quarterly quotas, and our team continues to overachieve on those targets.
"We are seeing huge revenue impacts and know that Seismic plays a big part in that," he says.
Seismic for Meetings has also been enhanced to improve meeting preparation and follow-ups. New features include the ability to set up and preview meeting content before the live customer interaction, and sellers can now intelligently highlight pricing and commercial discussions in the meeting summary.
DSR Templates have also been improved to increase scalability for sellers and marketers. They are now viewed as essential tools to increase deal sizes and win rates. OneSource Virtual, a professional services provider, saw an increase in average deal size by 29% and a decrease in new rep ramp time by 47% due to Seismic's DSRs and other products.
