Vudoo assigns ex-Google exec Billy Kinchin as Chief Product Officer
Vudoo, the Melbourne-based content commerce and in-stream checkout company, has announced the appointment of former Google senior executive Billy Kinchin as Chief Product Officer. Reporting directly to CEO Nick Morgan, Kinchin will oversee Vudoo's global product strategy and development.
Kinchin brings over 15 years of experience to the role, having served in several strategic engineering and product capacities at Google across the UK and APAC regions. In his prior role, he served as the head of APAC at Oovvuu, a publishing technology scale-up company.
Kinchin's principal responsibilities at Vudoo will focus on aligning the company's offerings with the ever-changing needs of the advertising technology and e-commerce industry. He will ensure the firm's solutions provide high value and remain relevant to its global clientele.
Throughout his career, Kinchin has gained a reputation as a technical manager who can successfully spearhead large strategic teams and launch technologies in complex commercial ecosystems. With his expertise in digital advertising, video solutions, and publisher monetisation, he's proven his deftness in forging strong partnerships and driving revenue growth.

In 2023, Vudoo expanded its operations to North America, opened an office in London and brought on several other senior appointments as part of a broader global expansion initiative.
