Coralogix adds Macquarie Capital in Series F extension
Wed, 26th Aug 2026 (Today)
Coralogix has added Macquarie Capital Venture Capital to its investor group through an extension of its Series F financing, supporting the company's expansion across Australia and New Zealand.
The additional investment brings a regional backer into a funding round previously co-led by Advent, CPPIB and Greenfield, with participation from Brighton Park Capital. Coralogix did not disclose the size of Macquarie Capital Venture Capital's investment.
The company, which sells observability software for engineering teams, is targeting enterprise customers in Australia and New Zealand as organisations in sectors including financial services, banking, energy and infrastructure increase spending on systems used to monitor software and production environments.
Observability tools are drawing closer scrutiny in corporate technology budgets as businesses add artificial intelligence to operational systems and seek better visibility into software performance, incidents and automated workflows. Coralogix argues that this shift is increasing demand for platforms that can ingest and analyse production data in real time.
Macquarie Capital Venture Capital is the venture unit within Macquarie Capital, the advisory, capital markets and principal investment arm of Macquarie Group. The investor cited Coralogix's product approach and international growth as factors in its decision to join the round.
"The way enterprises build and operate software is changing rapidly as AI becomes part of every production environment," said Gary Munitz, Global Co-Head of Macquarie Capital Venture Capital. "Coralogix has built a differentiated platform with the architecture and vision to meet that shift, while demonstrating strong execution as it scales globally. We're pleased to participate in this extension of the Series F financing and look forward to supporting the team in the years ahead."
Australia and New Zealand are an important part of Coralogix's broader international expansion. The company said Macquarie Capital Venture Capital's regional network could help deepen customer engagement and expand its presence in industries where software monitoring has become a core operational concern.
Regional focus
Coralogix plans to increase activity in the region by building partnerships and supporting businesses adopting what it describes as AI-native observability. The term refers to observability systems designed to work with AI-led investigation, conversational interfaces and automated agents alongside human operators.
Coralogix said its platform is built around full-fidelity data ingestion, real-time streaming analytics, open formats and customer-owned storage. It says this design allows customers to retain and analyse complete production datasets rather than sampled subsets, while also using the data for AI-driven investigation and automation.
The platform includes an AI investigator called Olly, as well as MCP and CLI interfaces for agent-based workflows. According to Coralogix, these tools support three modes of operation on a single data foundation: human-led investigation, conversational AI collaboration and fully automated agent workflows.
The latest financing extension comes as software providers across monitoring, security and infrastructure management compete to position themselves around enterprise AI spending. Vendors in the sector increasingly present observability not only as a way to troubleshoot systems, but also as a data layer for AI tools that can examine incidents, surface anomalies and automate responses.
Coralogix said it serves thousands of teams worldwide across financial services, media and entertainment, retail and cloud-native businesses. The company has been building its pitch around a streaming engine and a schema-free data lake model in which customers retain ownership of stored data.
Ariel Assaraf, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Coralogix, said the investment reflects customer growth in the region.
"This is about much more than extending a financing round," said Assaraf. "Macquarie Capital Venture Capital brings deep relationships across Australia and New Zealand, especially in industries where observability has become mission critical. As more enterprises build AI into production, we're investing where our customers are growing. This is another step in expanding our presence in the region and supporting organisations building the next generation of software."
