Kentico has reported a year of expanded customer adoption and industry recognition for its Xperience by Kentico content management and digital experience platform, following a series of product updates in 2025.

The company, which operates from Bedford, New Hampshire and Brno in the Czech Republic, said more than 100 new digital projects went live on Xperience by Kentico during the year. Deployments covered sectors including banking, healthcare, manufacturing, tourism, sport and membership associations.

Analyst firms and review platforms highlighted the product in multiple categories, citing user satisfaction, support and usability. Independent review data placed Xperience by Kentico in leading positions across digital experience platform and enterprise content management rankings.

In G2’s Winter 2026 Grid Report for Digital Experience Platforms, Kentico achieved Leader status. The ranking reflected customer satisfaction and usability metrics based on verified user reviews.

The company linked these scores to an expanded feature set. It cited AI-based content assistance, customer journey orchestration tools and support for composable commerce as recent additions.

Customer references

Customer reference site FeaturedCustomers named Kentico a Top Performer in Enterprise Content Management Software in its Fall 2025 report. The listing drew on more than 1,400 verified customer references.

The report described strengths in usability, scalability and delivery outcomes in customer projects. These references covered a range of organisation sizes and industries using Xperience by Kentico for public-facing sites and broader digital experience programmes.

One FeaturedCustomers testimonial from digital agency Union Digital pointed to deployment speed and reduced reliance on development teams.

“Kentico gives us the flexibility to launch and scale multi-language, multi-channel digital experiences fast-without relying on developers,” said Union Digital.

Product development

Kentico positioned 2025 as a year of product maturation for its composable digital experience platform. It said it focused on features that support both marketing users and development teams.

The company introduced AIRA, an AI-based assistant. AIRA supports content creation and routine marketing tasks.

Customer Journey Mapping entered the product as a separate feature. It enables behaviour-triggered personalisation and cross-channel orchestration of campaigns.

Kentico also released updates under the Enhanced Commerce label. These included multi-currency support, dynamic product listings and content-led product discovery options.

The company said these releases contributed to the more than 100 new projects launched on Xperience by Kentico during the year. It cited fast implementation, use of low-code approaches and scalability across industries as common elements among those deployments.

User sentiment

Gartner Peer Insights reviews provided another source of external feedback. Across recent submissions, Kentico recorded an average score of 4.5 out of 5 from users.

Reviewers highlighted ease of use, flexibility and support quality as recurring themes. The comments covered experiences from both marketing and technical users.

One North American software developer said the interface and structure supported efficient publishing.

“The clean UI and modular approach make content creation efficient and enjoyable,” said the developer.

An IT manager based in Australia commented on suitability for mixed teams and larger environments.

“Xperience by Kentico is our go-to CMS: it’s simple for marketers, flexible for developers, and scalable for enterprise,” said the manager.

Kentico said it views these reviews as evidence of demand for content management and digital experience platforms that reduce complexity while maintaining breadth of function. The company plans further enhancements to Xperience by Kentico in line with this product direction through 2026.
