Linnworks unveils Linnovation & Linn Academy 2025 event

Wed, 14th Aug 2024

Linnworks, a provider of ecommerce inventory and order management software, has announced the launch of "Linnovation," a new bi-annual product webinar aimed at showcasing recent updates to its Connected CommerceOps platform. In addition, the company revealed the return of its Linn Academy, an in-person ecommerce event scheduled for June 2025.

The Linnovation webinar begins in July 2024 and will be available to existing, new, and prospective customers. It will cover advancements such as integrations with QuickBooks and TikTok, an Order Management System (OMS) upgrade with SkuVault for the US market, and the introduction of a new eBay bulk listing tool, among other updates.

Georgia Leybourne, Chief Marketing Officer of Linnworks, commented on the significance of the upcoming webinar and the return of Linn Academy. "There is so much happening within the Linnworks ecosystem, and we need to find new avenues to communicate with our customers about the latest and greatest news," she said.

"The product webinar serves as a stake in the ground, an opportunity to share in detail exactly what new functionality has been made available and the impact it can have on a retailer's business. Linn Academy is an institution in the industry, a renowned ecommerce event that last ran in 2019 pre-Covid; by popular demand, it will return in 2025 and we can't wait to get the community back together."

The 2025 Linn Academy aims to provide ecommerce businesses with strategies to elevate their operations. The event will feature sessions by industry experts on how to increase revenues and reduce costs, alongside discussions on advancements in marketplaces and online selling. Various key strategic partners and product specialists will also be introduced to offer attendees insights into every aspect of commerce operations.

Leybourne emphasised the event's educational value for retailers. "Understanding and leveraging the latest technology can be a daunting prospect for retailers, especially in changing or volatile business environments. Linn Academy provides a unique opportunity to learn from industry peers, deepen understanding of key processes, and harness the full potential of our platform," she added.

In parallel to these announcements, Linnworks is also launching a new Order Management module for SkuVault in the US. This new feature targets businesses aiming to improve warehouse operations by transitioning from standalone order management systems and eliminating inefficiencies associated with makeshift solutions.

Both the Linnovation webinar and Linn Academy are designed to foster a collaborative community within the ecommerce industry, addressing the evolving needs of consumers and retailers alike. These initiatives are set to enhance communication between Linnworks and its customer base while encouraging the adoption of new technologies and integrations.
