Rithum names Lou Keyes as CEO to drive third-party commerce

Today

Rithum has appointed Lou Keyes as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This appointment aligns with the company's objective of advancing third-party commerce for global retailers and brands.

Keyes, who took on the role of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Rithum in June, will replace Bryan Dove, who served as CEO since 2021. During his tenure as CRO, Keyes instituted various growth strategies that strengthened Rithum's standing as a prominent commerce network. In his new role, he will continue to manage the company's go-to-market operations.

Keyes brings over 30 years of experience in the technology sector, demonstrating expertise in elevating client satisfaction, driving transformation, and fostering revenue growth. He has held significant roles in both private companies and large corporations, including Fiserv, Electronic Data Systems (EDS), and Conduent. Notably, under his leadership at Conduent, the company reversed a three-year sales decline and doubled annual bookings.

"We're excited to announce Lou Keyes as the new CEO of Rithum. The board has full confidence in his leadership skills and his track record of fostering growth and scaling businesses. As a leader in third-party commerce, Rithum is experiencing great momentum with new products that have already been adopted by several retailers. We look forward to Rithum's continued success with Lou and its ability to drive profitable growth for its customers," said Adam Berger, executive chairman of Rithum.

Lou Keyes expressed his enthusiasm about his new role, stating, "It's an honour and privilege to assume the role of CEO and lead Rithum into its next phase of growth. The e-commerce market is ripe for disruption, and I'm eager to unlock new opportunities for our company and deliver exceptional value for our customers. Together with our customers, we'll lead the way in third-party commerce, shaping a future that enhances both adaptability and competitiveness for brands and retailers."

The appointment of Keyes comes at a critical time as third-party commerce continues to grow. Brands and retailers stand to gain significantly from this expansion. Keyes' expertise in business transformation is expected to be crucial in driving sustainable growth in this sector. His focus on cultivating strong client relationships and commitment to talent development aligns with Rithum's mission to support global retailers and brands through its commerce network.

As Rithum looks ahead, the company remains focused on leveraging its technology to enhance the third-party commerce ecosystem. Keyes' leadership is anticipated to contribute positively to the company's goals, driving innovation and efficiency in partnership with its retail and brand clients.
