Rithum strengthens leadership with key new appointments

Rithum has announced the appointment of Suzin Wold as Chief Marketing Officer and Mike Vantusko as Chief Financial Officer.

Last month saw Rithum appoint Lou Keyes as Chief Executive Officer, and these new appointments are part of his initiative to bolster the organisation's leadership team. Both Wold and Vantusko are set to report directly to Keyes in their new roles.

Suzin Wold is recognised for her extensive experience in marketing, having spent over 25 years in leadership roles with companies such as Sama, Bazaarvoice, and Qlik. Her career also includes significant positions at Rackspace, PayPal, and Procter & Gamble. Wold's approach to marketing combines data-driven techniques with a collaborative cross-team strategy to produce innovative and effective marketing campaigns. In addition to her corporate roles, she is noted as the co-founder of Blackhawk Network, a gift card company.

Mike Vantusko steps into the CFO role with more than 30 years of experience, primarily with private equity-backed software companies. Much of his career has been dedicated to financial leadership, focusing on public companies or private equity investments. He is known for advocating robust financial stewardship while aligning with the company's wider objectives to boost efficiency and growth investments. Prior to joining Rithum, Vantusko served as CFO for MediQuant and is based in Cleveland, Ohio.
