TCT is expanding across Australia and New Zealand after growing revenue in Australia sixfold since 2021.

Demand for the SAP supply chain consultancy has risen as companies invest more heavily in transformation projects spanning logistics, warehousing, transportation and wider digital operations.

In Australia, the business recorded 27% year-on-year revenue growth in 2025, following three consecutive years of triple-digit growth: 423% in 2022, 109% in 2023 and 122% in 2024.

Its local workforce has also grown tenfold since launching in Australia in 2021, reflecting a sharp expansion in delivery capacity as customer projects have grown.

Growth drivers

The expansion comes as companies in manufacturing, retail, food and beverage, healthcare and pharmaceuticals face pressure to improve supply chain performance while managing higher costs, regulatory demands and operational disruption.

Those pressures have increased interest in SAP systems for warehouse management, transportation management and supply chain planning, particularly among organisations seeking greater visibility across operations and tighter control of logistics networks.

The changing SAP market has also supported growth as businesses press ahead with S/4HANA upgrades and cloud migrations. These programmes often require specialist support in logistics execution, warehouse management and transport processes.

Existing customers have also broadened their work with TCT, extending SAP deployments across additional sites, operations and business functions.

Customer base

Across Australia and New Zealand, TCT works with organisations including Sigma Healthcare, Foodstuffs South Island and TTI. Its regional projects have focused on supply chain, warehouse and transportation management programmes.

For Sigma Healthcare, TCT has supported the implementation of SAP Extended Warehouse Management and material flow system automation at the wholesaler's Hobart warehouse.

In New Zealand, Foodstuffs South Island has used TCT for work involving SAP Transportation Management and SAP Business Network tools designed to improve fleet and logistics management.

These projects increasingly extend beyond one-off software implementations, with more clients using SAP as a broader operational platform and expanding its footprint across multiple locations.

Regional focus

Australia and New Zealand have become a notable market for specialist SAP service providers as larger organisations seek to extract more value from existing technology investments rather than replace core systems outright.

This is especially visible in sectors with extensive warehouse estates, transport fleets or regulated product flows, where changes to fulfilment, inventory control and planning can directly affect margins and service levels.

TCT's regional pitch centres on specialist supply chain work rather than general enterprise software consulting. It says this focus has helped it win roles in complex logistics and warehouse programmes where SAP systems connect central business platforms with frontline operations.

The Australian practice launched in 2021 and has since grown to serve some of the largest companies in Australia and New Zealand. The latest expansion suggests TCT expects demand to remain concentrated on large-scale SAP transformation and follow-on rollout work.

Graham McColough, Growth Director - APAC at TCT, linked the company's regional growth to customers broadening their use of SAP across supply chains.

"Our growth in Australia has been driven by the value we are delivering for customers and the increasingly strategic role SAP plays across their supply chains. We're seeing customers expand their engagements with us as they roll SAP out across additional locations and look to solve more complex operational challenges. Our expanded ANZ operations will allow us to build on that momentum, strengthening our local capability and partner network while continuing to deliver specialised SAP expertise and practical solutions for organisations across the region," said McColough.
