Wiise partners with Endeavour & Thyme to bolster NZ market
Fast-growing cloud enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform Wiise has announced strategic partnerships with New Zealand technology solutions providers Endeavour and Thyme Technologies, aiming to enrich its operations in the country. These alliances will equip New Zealand's small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) with advanced tools needed to streamline operations and make data-driven decisions effectively.
Wiise has already been trusted by several organisations across Australia and New Zealand, such as Capital Transport, Terra Mater Floors, and Business SA, to manage their finances and automate operations. As spending on public cloud services is expected to reach NZD$3.8 billion this year, these partnerships gain even more importance, providing New Zealand businesses with a single source of truth and end-to-end visibility.
Wiise CEO Charlie Wood stated they customised Wiise to cater for New Zealand businesses when they entered the local market, feeling it was critical to offer a product designed for local businesses. The CEO added, "Private businesses are the heart of New Zealand's economy, and many of these companies are ready to move to the next stage and deploy more comprehensive and powerful business software. We've included a fully automated payroll solution compliant with New Zealand's Inland Revenue - Te Tari Taake department, and automated bank feeds that work with major New Zealand banks."
Tim Ryley, CEO at Endeavour, emphasised the benefits of the partnership to their customers, saying, "We're very excited to collaborate with Wiise. Endeavour focuses on working with world-class software companies, and we know how Wiise's solution can help SMBs improve efficiency, lower the cost of doing business and innovate. Endeavour can now offer another level of functionality out of the very reliable base Business Central platform with Wiise."
Mathew Bland, Director at Thyme Technologies, also anticipates the partnership would have a positive impact on the local market. According to him, the alliance is in line with Thyme's goal of providing appropriate business management software, especially to those SMBs that have outgrown older software and need something more substantial. "We're seeing increasing demand for cloud-based, SaaS solutions like Wiise," he expressed.
Wiise has previously shown its commitment to the New Zealand market, announcing Employment Hero as its payroll solutions partner last December. This helped local businesses automate and simplify HR operations while remaining compliant with changing employment laws. The company grew its team to over 40 staff and secured a $16 million commitment from KPMG Australia, following its union with Endeavour and Thyme Technologies.
