Epicor has added Conveyance Solutions to its Australia and New Zealand Channel Partner Program, extending its partner network for mid-market industrial distributors in the region.

Partner network

Conveyance Solutions is a family-owned consulting and technology firm serving industrial distributors and manufacturers across Australia, New Zealand and North America. The business specialises in Epicor Prophet 21 and provides implementation, optimisation and support services, alongside AI, workflow automation and change management.

The appointment is intended to strengthen support for distributors seeking better returns from their ERP systems. Epicor has been expanding its channel network across Australia and New Zealand by adding specialist firms to work with customers in the industry sectors it serves.

Under the arrangement, Conveyance will work with organisations using Prophet 21, an ERP platform for distribution businesses. Its role will focus on helping customers adopt and use the software more effectively, drawing on more than 20 years of distribution experience.

Change-led adoption

The partnership also gives Epicor a local partner focused on change-led adoption. That reflects a common issue in ERP projects: implementation alone does not guarantee businesses will change processes or staff behaviour in ways that improve day-to-day operations.

Conveyance serves the mid-market, a segment that often relies on external specialists to manage software upgrades, process redesign and user training without building large in-house transformation teams. In Australia and New Zealand, distributors in that category have faced pressure to improve efficiency while dealing with shifting demand, inventory challenges and higher operating costs.

Epicor's channel model relies on partners to provide consulting, technical support and sector knowledge around its software. Its partner programme includes training, certification and access to specialists intended to help firms support customers using Epicor products.

Regional support

For Conveyance, the appointment formalises its relationship with Epicor in Australia and New Zealand and raises its profile in a market where distributors are seeking more tailored support from software advisers. The company says it combines sector knowledge with change-management expertise to help clients adopt technology over the longer term.

AI is also part of Conveyance's offering. The firm says it supports the rollout of AI and automation in businesses and provides knowledge-management tools, workflow automation and AI literacy training as part of its practice.

While the announcement focuses on distribution, Conveyance also works with manufacturers. That overlap may be useful in a regional market where supply chains often cut across both sectors and software providers are seeking partners that understand operational processes, not just technical deployment.

Partner rationale

Paul Flannery, Vice President, International Channel Sales at Epicor, outlined the rationale for the appointment.

"We are delighted to welcome Conveyance Solutions to the Epicor Partner Program. Their deep industry expertise, customer-first approach and proven track record helping distributors achieve meaningful business outcomes make them a valuable addition to our partner ecosystem. Together, we look forward to helping organisations across Australia and New Zealand enhance the value of their Epicor solutions, improve operational performance and achieve their growth ambitions," said Paul Flannery.

Andrew Taylor, Principal at Conveyance Solutions, said the partnership is aimed at customers that need both software knowledge and practical industry understanding.

"Epicor Prophet 21 customers in Australia and New Zealand need a partner who understands their industry and knows how to make change stick. That's exactly what we do, and we're proud to bring it to the region alongside Epicor. We have extensive experience supporting distributors with Prophet 21 and will continue our unique approach to help our customers improve the possibilities of the software," said Andrew Taylor.
