NEOS joins Infor network in Asia Pacific warehouse deal

NEOS by Argon & Co has joined the Infor Partner Network under an agreement covering Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore.

The partnership gives NEOS responsibility for the sales, implementation and support of Infor's warehouse management system in those markets, with a focus on customers in retail, fast-moving consumer goods, food and beverage, third-party logistics and distribution.

Infor is expanding its use of regional channel partners in Asia Pacific, while NEOS is seeking to broaden its systems integration work in warehousing and supply chain software. The deal brings together Infor's warehouse management product and Argon & Co's regional consulting and integration business.

Under the arrangement, NEOS will act as the local implementation partner for organisations adopting Infor Warehouse Management System, providing deployment and ongoing support through a single partner.

Regional focus

The agreement spans several of Asia Pacific's major logistics and consumer markets. It includes Australia and New Zealand alongside Japan and three Southeast Asian countries where warehousing and distribution networks have been under pressure from shifting demand, higher service expectations and supply chain disruption.

For Infor, the deal adds a specialist partner with a background in supply chain consulting rather than general software resale. For NEOS, it provides access to a larger software ecosystem and a broader base of warehouse and distribution customers.

Luke Tomkin outlined the rationale for the arrangement in comments released by the companies.

Warehouse management systems are used to manage stock movements, labour planning, picking, packing and fulfilment inside distribution centres. In practice, projects often depend as much on process design and systems integration as on the software itself, particularly for operators managing multiple sites or complex product flows.

Partner strategy

Local partners are central to Infor's growth plans across Australia, New Zealand and the wider Asia Pacific region. The company has been building out industry-focused software in supply chain, manufacturing and distribution, and is relying on partners with operational knowledge in local markets to deliver projects.

NEOS is the systems integration arm of Argon & Co, a consultancy focused on operations strategy and supply chain transformation. The broader group works across planning, procurement, manufacturing, warehousing and logistics, and has built a presence in multiple regions through advisory and implementation work.

The tie-up reflects a broader market pattern of software vendors relying on specialist consultancies to win and deliver supply chain operations projects. Customers often want advisers that can map warehouse workflows, connect systems to upstream planning and downstream transport functions, and stay involved after go-live.

That is particularly relevant in sectors such as food and beverage, FMCG and third-party logistics, where delivery windows, inventory accuracy and labour efficiency can directly affect margins. Distribution businesses in those industries are also more likely to need local support across multiple countries, especially when operating mixed warehouse networks.

Argon & Co has 17 offices across Europe, Australasia, America, Asia and the Middle East, giving NEOS a broader consulting base as it works on projects tied to the Infor software stack.
