Thu, 19th Mar 2026

Qualtrics has launched its first Partner of the Year Awards, naming Act XM as Asia Pacific Japan partner of the year and recognising SAP, Deloitte and commonFont among other regional and category winners.

The programme highlights partners working with Qualtrics customers on experience management initiatives across customer, employee and market research use cases. Winners span five categories covering partner performance, technology, customer excellence, innovation and rising star.

Sydney-headquartered Act XM took the APJ Partner of the Year award. Qualtrics cited work across Australia and New Zealand, including employee listening programmes for local governments and real-time dashboard deployments at a major Australian financial institution.

Qualtrics presented the awards at its X4 Summit 2026, positioning partners as a key route to implementation and adoption for organisations using its software.

"Our partners are at the heart of how customers experience the full power of Qualtrics. This inaugural class represents the best of our global ecosystem, and I'm proud to celebrate them," said Sean Holcombe, EVP, Global Strategic Sales & Partnerships, Qualtrics.

Regional winners

Alongside Act XM, Walker was named North America Partner of the Year. Ipsos received the EMEA award, and Vocé Group took the LATAM award.

Qualtrics credited Walker with revenue growth and work across multiple industries, including experience management solutions it described as AI-powered.

"We're honoured to be named Qualtrics' 2026 North America Partner of the Year. This recognition reflects a deep commitment to our joint customers' success - ensuring experience shapes decisions and drives performance at scale," said Jack Walker, President, Walker.

Qualtrics said Ipsos achieved Platinum status in the partner programme. Ipsos expanded Qualtrics programmes across 33 markets and launched Partner Success packages in 15 countries. It also brought its Forces of CX offering to the Qualtrics Marketplace.

"This recognition reflects the real change we're helping our clients deliver. By combining Ipsos' CX and EX expertise with the power of the Qualtrics platform, we're bringing new levels of insight, speed, and impact to the market," said Ben Llewellyn.

In Latin America, Vocé Group was recognised for growth across the region. Qualtrics cited work with an Ecuador-based financial services company, including expansion into market research and omnichannel analytics.

"Being recognised as LATAM Partner of the Year is a profound honour that goes beyond any milestone - it is the emotional validation of a 10-year journey that began when XM was just a seed in LATAM," said Clara Mónica Salazar P.

Act XM said the award reflected its delivery work with customers and collaboration with Qualtrics.

"Winning Partner of the Year is a meaningful moment for us - it validates the work our team does every day with our clients and with Qualtrics, and reinforces our belief that when the right technology is combined with expertise and practical execution, real impact follows," said Antonia Calvo.

Technology and innovation

SAP received Technology Partner of the Year, an award Qualtrics uses for independent software vendors in its ecosystem. Qualtrics linked the award to customer wins and expansion across sectors including the US public sector, IT services and energy.

"This award underscores the strength of our partnership and the value we deliver by helping organisations elevate Employee Experience through actionable insights. We look forward to continuing our collaboration with Qualtrics to support customers in building stronger cultures and driving lasting business performance," said Darryl Gray.

commonFont won Innovation Partner of the Year. Qualtrics said the company worked on Qualtrics Experience Agents and other AI-based customer experience tools, as well as migration tools and expertise in areas including Qualtrics Agent Studio and Qualtrics Edge Audiences.

"At commonFont, we believe true innovation occurs when human creativity and advanced technology converge to solve real-world challenges, and we are honoured to advance this frontier alongside Qualtrics. Winning the Innovation Award validates our work in developing Agentic AI solutions that close the 'actionability gap' by turning customer experience signals into active outcome delivery and measurable business results," said Abby Schlatter.

Delivery focus

Qualtrics used its Customer Excellence category to recognise implementation and long-term adoption work. Workforce Science Associates won for North America, and Zill Consulting received the international award.

Qualtrics said Workforce Science Associates worked with hundreds of customers and ranked among the top partners for Success Package volume. It also credited the partner with activating AI features through technical integration.

"We've always believed we have the industry's foremost experts in employee experience, and this award validates that. Through scientific rigour, human understanding, and deeply embedded partnerships, we have the opportunity to not only improve businesses, but to instil connection, purpose, and enduring fulfillment in millions of employees around the world," said Zach Canaday and Kris Erickson.

Qualtrics said Zill Consulting generated the highest partner-led revenue in EMEA. It also led programme rollouts for clients from pilot phases through to full deployment, while maintaining customer satisfaction scores Qualtrics described as elite.

"Zill's advisory-led approach - spanning all Qualtrics domains and backed by rigorous delivery standards and deep technical capability - ensures we deliver measurable, long-term outcomes for our customers. This achievement belongs to the entire Zill organisation and to our customers, whose trust continues to drive our unwavering investment in their success," said Mark Cullen and Gaurav Bhagat.

Rising star

Deloitte received the Rising Star award. Qualtrics said the consultancy built executive alignment inside the partner network, established a focus on public sector and healthcare in North America, and is planning technical integrations.

"This award reflects the strength of our alliance with Qualtrics and the innovative, industry-specific solutions we are bringing to government and commercial clients in the experience management marketplace. By combining Deloitte's deep industry experience with Qualtrics' XM technology, we're giving our clients the confidence to translate insights into action and drive tangible mission outcomes," said David Glenn.
