Synergy approved for NZ Govt supplier marketplace Pae Hokohoko

Synergy Enterprise Solutions has been approved as a supplier on New Zealand's government online supplier marketplace, Pae Hokohoko.

This integration allows the New Zealand government to access advanced customer and employee engagement solutions, which can be utilised across various public sector organisations to enhance e-citizen services.

The company, known for its extensive experience within the New Zealand market, has been entrusted with supplying Managed Services and Consultant and Professional Services. Chris Clark, Country Manager for New Zealand at Synergy, highlighted the significance of this development. "The addition of Synergy to Pae Hokohoko is a significant milestone in our journey and we are excited about leveraging the best practices from our decades of experience to partner with government agencies.

Synergy's partnership with Zendesk, formalised in March 2024, is a key element of their service offering. Zendesk provides comprehensive AI solutions for customer experience (CX), which Synergy will now be able to offer to public sector agencies in New Zealand.
